Most of CDE's programs may be accompanied by a one-hour to all day training component. CDE brings all training materials and most schools accept Renewal Credit for the workshops. It is receommended when a school first uses a new CDE program that it also avails itself of the teacher training component for the maximum learning opportunities for the students and the staff. While these programs are geared toward teachers and the NC Standard Course of Study for specific grade levels, companies and organizations have also used these programs for a knowledge-based approach to diversity training. Training seminars are available for the following programs (fees vary from $150-400).
